1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ilqusen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cruise booking services, website, and related applications. By accessing our services, booking a cruise, or interacting with our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before making any reservations. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our booking platform or services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Cruise Bookings and Reservations

All bookings made through Ilqusen are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective cruise line operators. When you make a booking, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Your booking is confirmed only when we receive the required deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation invoice. Cruise itineraries, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger names, dates, and travel documents match exactly with your official passports.

3. Payment, Fees and Cancellation Policies

Payment terms and deposit requirements vary by cruise line, cabin category, and departure date. All applicable taxes, port fees, and service charges will be detailed at the time of booking.

Cancellations are subject to the specific terms and penalty schedules of the operating cruise line, in addition to any administrative fees charged by Ilqusen. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unexpected cancellations.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original form of payment after receiving authorization and funds from the cruise line operator.

4. Passenger Conduct and Safety Regulations

Passengers must comply with the rules of conduct and safety regulations established by the cruise line, the vessel's Captain, and local port authorities. The Captain of the vessel has the authority to deny boarding or disembark any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.

It is the passenger's sole responsibility to obtain and carry valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required travel documents. Ilqusen is not responsible for any boarding denials due to improper documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ilqusen acts solely as a booking agent for cruise lines, transport providers, shore excursion operators, and other independent third parties. We do not own, manage, or operate any cruise vessels, aircraft, or hotel accommodations.

Consequently, Ilqusen shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts, omissions, or bankruptcy of any travel supplier or third-party provider.

In all circumstances, our maximum liability shall be limited to the total service fees paid to us for the specific booking in question.
